SHOWMEN ORGANISE
STATUS OF AMUSEMENT ~ BUSINESS ■:,( (Per United Press Association* ■ PALMERSTON N., Nov. 4. With a prospective membership of 50, a New Zealand Showmen's Association has been formed. It is intended to affiliate with the American Showmen's Association and the English Showmen's Guild. It isiproposed to work in harmony with the A. and P. associations, to raise the status of the amusement part of the business, and protect it against unjust restrictions. The president is Mr C. Davey, the secretary Mr E. R. Dennes, and the treasurer Mr H. Pell.
