LEAKAGE OF INFORMATION OFFICIALS WORRIED OTTAWA, Oct. 20. The leakage of secret defence information is worrying the Defence Department official Highly confidential items are finding their way into public circulation, some through the newspapers. A board of inquiry has been commissioned tc investigate the matter and impress on all departmental employees the necessity for secrecy.
