MONKS ARRESTED
NAZI ORDER DISOBEYED STAYED IN MONASTERY FURNITURE FLUNG OUT LONDON, Oct. 20. The Daily Telegraph’s Vienna correspondent says that 16 Franciscan monks have been imprisoned at Salzburg on charges of disobeying an order to vacate the monastery, and of flinging out furniture and telli-g sympathisers that the Gestapo was responsible.
