KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR
MAN SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES SEARCH FOR DRIVER (I’eb United Press Association) HASTINGS. Oct, 21. A search is at present being made by the Hastings police for the driver of a motor car which is believed to have knocked down Lambert Emanuel Berggren, of Fernhill, in Amahu road. Hastings, on Thursday night. Berggren was admitted to the Memorial Hospital, Hastings, and died at 1.30 p.rn. to-day.
