AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL ORGANISATION ALLEGATION AT INQUIRY WASHINGTON, Aug. 13. (Received Aug. 14, at 7.30 p.m.) John Frey, a powerful Labour Federation leader, at the inquiry by the House of Representatives, named 400 key officials of the Committe - for Industrial Organisation as Communists He said they included John Brophy, a C. 1.0. director, and Francis Gorman, Morris Muster, and Michael Quill, presidents of the textile, furniture, and transport workers respectively. Frey added that Harry Bridges was a member of the Internationale under the name of Harry Doi'gan. Frey stated that he would submit evidence showing the spread of Communism in the schools and colleges. He alleged that the New York Teachers’ Union was Commun-ist-controlled.
