SETTLEMENT IN SIGHT TREATY TO BE RATIFIED BUENOS AIRES, July 20. (Received July 21, at 9 p.m.) After a century of bloodshed costing more than 100,000 lives, the Gran Chaco dispute between Paraguay and Bolivia has been finally adjudicated by the mediation of six American nations. The treaty,_ the terms of which were settled to-night, will provide for ratification by a popular referendum, after which the Presidents of the six nations, ineluding the United States, will set up an irrevocable boundary in the Gran Chaco.
