An interesting demonstration on the making of wood-fibre (lowers was given by Mrs Brens:ell and Miss Beattie. Mrs Renwick and Mrs Brensell gave a report on the W.D.F.U. Conference held in Dunedin recently The results of the competitions were:—Senior’ Shortbread—Mrs J. Howell 1. Junior; An article knitted from one skein of wool —Miss F. Robson 1. Miss P. Howell 2.
