DUMPING IN SOUTH AFRICA A SUBSIDY TO SELLERS CAPETOWN, May 12. South Africa is alarmed at the dumping of German motor cars in 1937, the imports of which were 2496, compared with 546 in 1936. German firms offer a duly free price as a subsidy to sellers.
