A CONSIDERABLE INCREASE ONE EVERY FEW SECONDS (United Press Association) (By Electric 'Telegraph— Copyright i WASHINGTON, Feb. 16. (Received Feb. 16, at 10.30 p.m.) The Federal Bureau of Investigation reports that there was a decided increase in United States crime during 1937. There was one major crime in every 22 seconds.
