LAWN TENNIS
VICTORIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS SEMI-FINALS OF DOUBLES MELBOURNE, Dec. 8. (Received Dec. 8, at 11.55 p.m.) The Victorian lawn tennis championships were continued to-day. The doubles semi-finals resulted: Crawford and McGrath defeated Lindo and Gilchrist 6—2, 6—4, 6—4. In the women’s doubles Misses Hartigan and Coyne defeated Misses Blick and Stevenson 4—6, 7—5, 6 3- Mrs Hopman and Miss Wynne defeated Mrs Westacott and Mrs Harper 7—5, I—6, 6—3.
