THE CAGOULARDS
PROGRESS OF INQUIRY documents decoded PARIS, Dec. 8. (Received Dec. 9, at 0.45 a.m.) The Cagoulards used an English book on economics to decipher their secret messages, according to the police, who claim that this discovery enabled them to decode documents. The magistrate to-day had a book beside him when he opened sealed documents found in the offices of Henri Deloncle, brother of the alleged leader of the organisation.
