SIR HUBERT WILKINS
A SUBMARINE EXPEDITION UNDER THE ARCTIC ICE EDMONTON (Alberta), Nov. 16. Sir Hubert Wilkins announced that he is planning after the com- . pletion of his search for the Soviet flyers to head a submarine expedition under the Arctic ice and to establish a scientific and weather forecasting base near the North Pole. He has already drawn up plans for * a craft capable of covering the Journey. ■
