LORD HALIFAX'S VISIT NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN DENIAL FROM WHITEHALL (United Press Association! (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON. Nov. 15. > Whitehall denies that Lord Halifax is going to Berlin bearing instructions and a list of questions. His visit is purely private, but, naturally, he will establish contact with the German leaders. Whitehall also denies the sugg*'--tions of friction between Mr Eden and Lord Halifax over the visit. . LEFT LONDON YESTERDAY LONDON. Nov. 15. Lord Halifax will leave for Berlin at 2 p.m. to-morrow.
