ASSOCIATION’S MONTHLY MEETING The monthly social of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Association was held on Saturday night. The president <’Mr W. Longworth) presided, and the following orovided the evening’s programme:—Elocutionary items, Master Alan Hey, “ Owen’s Troubles ” and “ Captain Oates tenor horn solos. Master Peter Glen. “ Serenata" and “ Bonnie Mary of Argyle songs, Miss Rennie Lepine, ‘Goodnight” and “The Little Old Garden”: action duet, Miss Nancy Cameron and Gerald Johnson. “You Dirty Boy”; song. Miss Ruth Seddon, “ Just a Song at Twilight songs, Mr- S. Ikin, “Youth and Spring” and “Early in the Morning”: songs. Mr Bridgman, “To-morrow” and “Father O’Flynn.”
