THE ENGLISH TEAM MANAGER APPOINTED LONDON, Nov. 3. Mr Kenneth Samuel Duncan, of the Achilles Club, captain of the English team at the British Empire Games at Sydney, will act as team manager.
POLICEMAN IN THE TEAM
LONDON, Nov. 4. (Received Nov 4, at 11 p.m.) A city policeman, H. E Pack, was granted Dermission to represent England in the 440 Yards and the 440 Yards Relay at the Empire Games.
