TEAM FROM H.M.S. LEANDE& The Returned Soldiers’ Small-bore Rifle Club entertained a team from', H.M.S. Leander on Monday evening,and a most enjoyable shoot resulted in - a win for the Returned Soldiers by a) small margin. For a trophy given by l ' the soldiers for the highest score by the. sailors, Mr Harvey (gunnery officer)': and Petty Officer Cameron drew with' the score of 77. In the shoot-off, P.O.’' Cameron put up an exceptionally good performance by shooting a 100 possible, using a single arm sling. Mr G. H., Ferens welcomed the navy team, sires-'; sing the pleasure it was to entertain' r the members of the senior, service, and congratulating the team on its excel- 4 lent shook Lieut. Bailey responded. .
