HIGH PRICES FOR STEEL LORD NUFFIELD'S OPINION LONDON, Aug. 20. Describing the steel manufacturers' attitude as "an absolute ramp," Lord Nuffield, speaking at a Morris luncheon, said: " They have only to go far enough and we will buy our steel overseas. Present prices are far tdo high. Steel is being manufactured abroad for a third less."
