RELICS OF CAPTAIN COOK’S

VOYAGE

LONDON. June 22

A cup and saucer, which were used by Captain Cook on his voyage in the Endeavour to New Zealand in 1769, were presented to the High Commissioner for New Zealand (Mr W. J. Jordan) by Mr John Mercer, of East Preston, Sussex.

The gift is for the National Museum.
