CONVERSION OF CARS

TWO MEN CHARGED (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 21. An exciting chase by a police patrol car ended at Blockhouse Bay at 1.15 this morning. In the Police Court to-day William Joseph Murphy, a timber worker, aged 19, was charged with converting to his own use a motor car valued at £2OO. George Belgium Pierce, a baker's assistant, aged 22. was charged with converting a car valued at £l9O. Both were remanded until next week.
