BLOMFIELD BEATS FORSGREN (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 21. Hurtling head first through the ropes in a flying tackle that flattened Jack Forsgren, Lofty Blomfield won tonight’s wrestling bout at the Town Hall by two falls to one. The bout produced a good deal of heavy elbow slogging. Forsgren in the fourth round grabbed Blomfield by the ankles and applied a Boston crab, to which the New Zealander was in haste to submit. In the next round Blomfield tripped Forsgren, and from a toehold developed his octopus clamp, and it was Forsgren’s turn to beat the mat. Finally, in the sixth round Forsgren knocked Blomfield clear through the ropes with a forearm jolt. Blomfield returned torpedofashion and sent Forsgren finally to tho mat.
