MUNICIPAL GOLF
CHISHOLM PARK COURSE QUESTION OF CHARGES A decision to adhere to the scale of charges previously fixed for play on the municipal golf course at Chisholm Park has been reached by the Reserves Committee of the City Council, which will recommend to the City Council on Monday night that (he scale bo approved As the result of criticism at (ho last meeting of the council the committee agreed to take the relevant clause of its report back and give if further consideration. ‘‘The committee lias further considered the matter of the proposed schedule of charges for the use of the Chisholm Park golf course and putting green and putting '■ourse,” the report states “The charges are in accordance with similar charges made elsewhere for such facilities, and the committee is of the opinion that they are quite reasonable having due regard to the extent and nature of the green. It is accordingly recommended that the scale of charges, as previously recommended and set out hereunder be now approved:— Nine-hole golf course; Is per round. Pitch and putt course (No. 1): (id for ""if' holes. Pitch •■■■d mitt course 'No. 2): 4d for I'h'O holes. Pulling green: 6d for 18 boles.
