DWARF POSTMAN
The newly constituted Indian province of Orissa can possibly claim to have the smallest postman in the world in its service.
He is Dhoonana Kamanna. aged 48. but only 3ft Din in height. During a recent visit to Parlaldmcdi. a town in the province, the governor of Orissa lifted (he little postman up with one hand. Although a dwarf Kamanna is perfectly proportioned. He has been kept in the service on account of his smartness and devotion to duty. He has a family of six—all of normal build.
