ISLE OF MAN CONTEST WON BY ITALIAN COMPETITOR LONDON, June 16. The Isle of Man light-weight T.T., over 264 miles, was won by an Italian, Tenni, riding a Guzzi. His. time was 3hr 32min Gsec, at an average speed of 74.72 miles an hour. The winner's time is a record. He is the first foreigner to win the event. '
