DUNEDIN CLUB'S EVENTS I The Dunedin Amateur Cycling ' Club conducted two racing events yesterday. In the morning a time trial was held. The course was from Broad Bay and return. A hill climb look place in the afternoon. There were 22 starters in the time trial, for which the course measured 16 miles. Fastest times were: G Homer 42min 31 2-ssec; C. Ralston. 43min 38sec; W. Chalmers. 43min 57sec: A. Umbers, 44min 7sec; E Boyd 44min I9sec: L Bell. 44min 56sec. The placings in the handicap event were: A. Wilson (4min) 1, L. Bell (3min 30sec) 2, P. Slemint (3min 30sec) 3, E. Boyd (2min 15sec) 4, C. Ralston (lmin 30sec) 5, G. Homer (scr) G. The hill climb was held at Tomahawk. Each competitor rode over the distance twice, nnd the fastesl time was counted Fastest times were: W Chalmers and P. Slemint, 53sec. equal 1: C Ralston. 53 2-ssec. q Placings in the sealed handicap event were - P. Slemint (3sec) I, K. Denton, W. Chalmers, and D. Ral- j ston. equal 2. There were 12 starters. I
