RESIGNATION DEMANDED OPPOSITION MANIFESTO TOKIO, May 28. The Tokio correspondent of The Times says the Minseito and Seiyukau parties have opened an antiCabinet campaign, issuing a joint manifesto demanding its resignation, and declaring that Cabinet was an obstacle to national unity, and hindered the execution of emergency policies.
