JAPANESE WHALERS
ANOTHER VESSEL LAUNCHED TOKIO, May 28. The Osaka Iron Works has launched another whaler of 20,000 tons—the Tonan Maru, No. 3—for the Japan Fishery Company. This is the biggest non-naval vessel built in Japan.
