PARTICIPATION IN WAR
SOUTH AFRICA'S ATTITUDE MINISTER'S DECLARATION CAPETOWN, May 26. The Minister for Defence (Mr O. Pirow), speaking at Kroonstadt, said South Africa would not participate in any war, no matter who was concerned, unless the people decided unmistakably to do so and that it was in the interests of South Africa to take action.
