BUS STRIKE ENDED
MEN RESUMING WORK TO-DAY AGREEMENT TO BE NEGOTIATED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, May 26. The bus strike has ended. The men will resume work on Friday. They agreed to negotiate for a new agreement retrospective to resump- ' tion. It is estimated that strike pay totalled £ 120,000. The gross wages lost amounted to £450,000, and the board's loss was £500,000.
