SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS LAW WASHINGTON, May 25. The Supreme Court, by seven votes to two, upheld the old-age pension law, and by five votes to four the Unemployment Insurance Act. Another verdict by five votes to four upheld the Alabama State Unemployment Insurance Act, which permits local co-operation in Federal legislation.
