INQUIRY DEMANDED
INTERROGATION OF NURSES RESOLUTION OF PROTEST (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 26. A resolution protesting against the interrogation by the Auckland police of Nurses Shadbolt, Sharpies, and Dodds before their departure for Spain to join the ambulance service of the loyalist troops, and demanding an inquiry into the matter, was carried at a meeting of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants of New Zealand (Otahuliu branch).
