REGISTRATION AT GENEVA (British Official Wireless) RUGBY. Feb. 6. The League Secretariat receives regularly for registration and publication international treaties and conventions concluded by States members. The number already registered is now over 400(1. Among those just registered is “A Treaty of Arab Brotherhood and an Alliance Concluded Between the Governments of Iraq and Saudi Arabia. April, 1936.” The accession of Yemen to this treaty is provided for.
