FOURTH: TRIAL TO BE HELD CROWN'S APPLICATION ALLOWED (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 5. ♦ Thrice allowed her freedom on bail because of the disagreement of juries, Mrs Isabel Annie Aves, alias Craike, of Hastings, will stand a fourth trial on seven charges of using an instrument with intent to procure a miscarriage. The third jury disagreed yesterday afternoon, and an application for a fourth trial was made this afternoon after consultation between the Crown Prosecutor of Napier (Mr H. B. Lusk) and the Solicitor-general (Mr H. H. Cornish, K.C.). The case will be heard again on February 15 at Wellington.
