I lablespoonful ground almonds, i teaspoonjul almond essence. Little green colouring. Milt com flour and ground almonds. Blend smoothly with a little of the cold milk. Put rot on to boil with sugar. Add blended corn flour mixture, stirring all the time. Cook for three minutes. Remove from heat, add almond essence. Colour a pale green.
