ANOTHER POSITIVE CASE YOUNG WOMAN FROM SEACLIFF Another positive case of infantile paralysis was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital yesterday, the patient being a young woman, aged 22 years, from Seacliff. She is slightly paralysed. The young woman of the same age, who was admitted to Hospital on Wednesday for observation, has now been found to be suffering from the disease and is also slightly paralysed. There were no notifications from the city area yesterday. CASE PROVES POSITIVE (Special ro Dailv Times) OAMARU, Feb. 4. The case of infantile paralysis within the borough of Oamaru, that of a boy between five and six years of age, has been diagnosed as positive, reports Dr Bevan Brown, Oamaru health superintendent. This makes two positive cases in the Oamaru Public Hospital at present. The condition of both patients is satisfactory, although there is an appearance of slight muscular weakness. SIXTH SOUTHLAND CASE YOUNG WOMAN IN HOSPITAL (Per United Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Feb. 4. The sixth case to be reported in Southland and the fourth admitted to the Invercargill Hospital is that of a young woman, aged 20, from the Rivertpn district. She was admitted at a late hour last evening. It is too early yet for the doctors to state whether the symptoms are serious.
