LOS ANGELES, Dec. 6. (Received Dec. 6, at 8 p.m.) James Hall, aged 20, a sailor on the naval aircraft carrier Lexington, has been arrested in connection with the threat to Ginger Rogers. The Department of Justice agents trapped him in a cafe from which the letter which demanded the money had been brought.
