(Special to Daily Times' WELLINGTON. Nov. 20. The annual meeting of the Levin Racing Club will be held to-morrow. Satisfactory fields are engaged, a,:d the track is in excellent order. Betting will be on the single pool system Snowball will be absent from the Levin Handicap, and The Buzzer will also be a course scratching, as L. G. Morris is leaving him at home.
