POLICE TO COLLABORATE
ITALIAN AND GERMAN CHECKING THE “ RED ” MENACE ROME, Oct. 19. (Received Oct. 20, at 0.45 a.m.) Signor Mussolini received the chiefs of the German police. It is believed that the increase in Communist activities in Europe, especially in Spain, has caused the Italian and German police to draft a plan of collaboration.
