IGNITED BY CIGARETTE
GAS-FILLED BALLOONS EIGHTEEN PEOPLE INJURED SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 19 (Received Oct. 19, at 10 p.m.) Eighteen people were injured, three seriously, when 50 gas filled balloons burst into a great sheet of flame at a football stadium. The balloons, carrying political slogans, swirled down on the crowd and a cigarette ignited one which detonated the rest.
