THE EX-KAISER'S FEELINGS REVELATIONS IN A BOOK LONDON, Oct. 18. Mr E. F. Benson’s book, “ The Kaiser and His English Relations, reveals that in 1907 'he Kaiser was strongly anti-Jewish, He told Sir Edward Grey: “ There are too many Jews in Germany. * They want stamping out. If I did not restrain my people there would be Jew baiting.”
