A' GRADUAL REMOVAL DECISION OP PARIS MEETING PARIS, Oct. 18. The Council of the International Chamber of Commerce, after a meeting including Sir Alan Anderson, accepted a 13-point plan aiming at the gradual removal of trade restrictions and high Customs barriers, fqllowing the English-French-American monetary rgreement. The main recommendations includt the conclusion of multi-lateral agreements open to allcomers, and the stimulating of international trade, pending which bilateral treaties should be used to demolish barriers The council also urges the leading Powers jointly L o declare for the avoidance of the currency depreciation as an instrument of international trade competition and the elimination of seasonal variations in the value of currencies.
