ro THE EDITOR. Sir, —1 have followed with interest the discussion in your paper on the conveyance of pupils to schools. I agree fully with your correspondents that some form of inspection is necessary. Reading between the lines of the letter from “Surprised” 1 get the impression that he perhaps infers that the particular service described was one of which Mr Cooper had some knowledge.
