STILL AT LARGE
PRISONER EVADES CAPTURE (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND. Sept. 29. There is no trace of John William Graves, the prisoner who escaped from Waikune prison camp on Sunday afternoon, nor is there any indication of his whereabouts, in spite of the organised search by parties of warders and police. The country between the National Park and Ohakune and across to Tokaanu is being combed by (he searchers and all roads in this area are under close surveillance.
