RUGBY, June S., Although the main business before the House of Commons, which reassembles to-morrow, will be consideration of the Finance Bill in committee, the chief public interest in the proceedings of the current week will be centred on the debate, probably on Tuesday, of the report of the tribunal on the Budget disclosure:' The executive of the Labour Party is considering the advisability of pressing the Government to introduce legislation to make impossible transactions of the kind disclosed ,in the report. STATEMENT BY MR THOMAS ■i ' , " ' LONDON, June 8.
