The Royal Warwickshire Regiment, London, has obtained a new mascot, specially chosen by the London Zoo because of its tameness. It is a blackbuck. and it takes the place of another blackbuck—also a gift from the zoo—which has died. The new mascot, which was born in the zoo, stands about 2J feet at the shoulder. Penny savings banks in London County Council schools have fallen since March, 1914. from 383 to 132.
