GLACIER TRAGEDY
SEARCH FOR GUIDE'S BODY • (Per United Press Association) HOKITIKA, March 13.; In connection with the tragedy on'the Fox Glacier in November last as a result of which Thomas Christie, a guide, lost" his life by falling through a crevasse near Pioneer hut, an endeavour is being made next week by a party of guides to recover their comrade, the sehrund having opened out recently, and the present conditions being as favourable as possible for exploration of tjie depths of the crevasse. " .
