PROTECTION OF CIVILIANS LATEST DEVICES IN BRITAIN LONDON, December 10. (Received Dec. 10, at 10.30 p.m.) The News-Chronicle says preparations are being made to manufacture 3,000,000 anti-gas containers for infants so that mothers can pump filtered air into (hem. Gas-proof tents for perambulators, which are among the latest devices to protect civilians against aerial attacks, will also be manufactured.
