CHILDREN’S MUSIC FESTIVAL

A children’s Christmas musical festival by the combined Methodist Sunday schools of Dunedin will be held in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall on December 11 Anthems, carols and part songs will be rendered by a selected childrens choir of 100 voices. Assisting artists at the entertainment will be Mrs Evelyn Davies (soprano) . Miss Margaret Howden (contralto). Mr J. E. Davies (tenor). Mr I. G Taplin (baritone). Miss E\a Judd (violinist) and Mrs H. Coventry will be the accompanist. The proceeds are in aid of the Central Mission Christmas Cheer Fund. The box plan will be opened at Begg’s on Thursday.
