OBITUARY

MR L. K. S. MACKINNON MELBOURNE, August 25. (Received August 25, at 9 p.m.) ’ The death has occurred after a lengthy illness of Mr L. K. S. MacKinnon, chairman of the Victoria Racing Club; aged 74. Born in the Isle of Skye, Scotland, he was a solicitor by profession, and one of the pioneers of Victorian racing.
