DUNEDIN BUILDERS’ ASSOCIATION

ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of the Dunedin Master Builders’ Association was held on Thursday evening. There was a fully representative attendance, and the chair was occupied by the president, Mr George Glue. The annual report, which fully reviewed the more important work of the year, and the statement of receipts and expenditure, which disclosed a satisfactory financial position, were unanimously adopted. Special reference was made to the valuable services rendered by Mr Walter Ellis, both as a member of the local executive, and as president of the New Zealand Master Builders’ Federation. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—President, Mr F. D. Boswell; vice-presidents, Messrs D. A. O’Connell and W. H. Naylor; committee —Messrs W. Ellis, W. R. Loan, F. L. Lawrence, A. M'Laren, J. M'Cormack, J. J. Paul and D. A. Swann; secretary, Mr A. S. Cookson.
