(Per United Press association) PALMERSTON NORTH. March 13. The Manawatu-Oroua School Committees’ Association to-night a motion favouring the Bible-in-Schools Enabling Bill, the voting being 12 for and eight against. BLENHEIM, March 13. After a retirement of over five hours the jury disagreed on all counts in the trial in the Supreme Court in which George Walker, aged 28, formerly a school master at Havelock, was arraigned on 12 counts of alleged indecency, and a new trial was ordered for March 28. Three further charges were also deferred till then. Bail was renewed.
